On December 5, 2025, the "Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area New Economic Development Forum and 21st Century Science and Technology Annual Conference" was successfully held in Guangzhou, guided by the Southern Finance and Economics All Media Group, jointly organized by 21st Century Business Herald and Standard Chartered Bank, and supported by the Guangdong Robot Association. As an important thematic conference of the "Southern Finance and Economics Forum 2025 Annual Meeting", this year's annual meeting is themed "Innovation Without Boundaries, Intelligence Sees the Future", bringing together decision-makers and thought leaders in the fields of industry, research, investment, and policy to engage in dialogue around financial empowerment, technological innovation, and global layout, and jointly explore the sustainable development path of the artificial intelligence era.

In his opening speech, Yang Yunfei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Southern Finance and Economics All Media Group, shared his forward-looking thoughts on the wave of technology and industrial transformation, laying the foundation for the conference. The first roundtable forum focuses on "Opportunities and Challenges for Chinese Enterprises to Go Global", hosted by Lawyer Pan Shilin, founding partner and executive director of Zhilin Law Firm. Lawyer Pan had exchanges with executives from several companies including CIMC, GCL Technology, Qinglang Intelligent, Focus Technology, and Standard Chartered China Enterprise and Investment Banking. The attending guests discussed core issues such as localized operations, compliance system construction, and global resource integration around the strategic transition of Chinese enterprises from "going out" to "going in". They shared practical experience and innovative paths from new quality productivity fields such as high-end manufacturing, new energy, and intelligent robots. These practices not only demonstrate the upward breakthroughs of Chinese enterprises in the global value chain, but also provide a reference framework for more overseas enterprises to take action.
Currently, globalization has entered a new stage of reshaping rules and deepening regional cultivation, and going global is transforming from an "optional" for enterprises to a "mandatory question". Lawyer Pan Shilin pointed out in the discussion that "the key to the success of Chinese enterprises going global is no longer just product or market advantages, but also a deep understanding and compliance control of the legal environment, business ecology, and cultural context of the host country. Especially in today's world where AI technology is accelerating the reconstruction of the global industrial order, enterprises should cultivate comprehensive abilities to respond quickly to changes in international rules.

As a specially invited law firm for this annual conference, Zhilin set up a booth at the venue to showcase the firm's business achievements to the attendees. Zhilin has long been deeply involved in the field of enterprise globalization, committed to providing high value-added legal and compliance solutions.
