Recently, Lawyer Liu Yufang, partner of Zhilin Law Firm and director of the company and compliance committee, was hired as the group standard writer for the "Safety Evaluation Specification for Intelligent Connected Vehicle Cockpit Products" and participated in the drafting of the standard.

Lawyer Liu stated that with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and the deep integration of intelligence and networking, intelligent connected vehicles are accelerating their popularity. As the core of human vehicle interaction, the intelligent cockpit, driven by AI technology, integrates increasingly rich and diverse functions such as intelligent voice assistants, personalized scene recommendations, multimodal interaction interfaces, and autonomous driving assistance control. Its system complexity, data processing scale, and technological integration have achieved a leapfrog improvement. However, the deep application of AI algorithms and the collection, analysis, and application of massive user data also pose more complex security challenges for intelligent cockpits: in addition to traditional interaction security, functional security, and network security risks, the black box nature of artificial intelligence algorithms may lead to decision bias or malicious exploitation. The biometric information (such as faces and voiceprints), driving behavior data, geographic location information, and other sensitive personal information collected by cockpit systems also face increasingly prominent risks of leakage, abuse, or illegal transactions, posing a serious threat to personal information security.
In this context, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) has centrally managed and organized the development of the "Safety Evaluation Specification for Intelligent Connected Vehicle Cockpit Products" group standard by the Intelligent Standards Center. This group standard is the first domestic safety standard for intelligent cockpit products, aiming to fill the industry gap, establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the comfort and safety performance of cockpit functions, and provide comprehensive and specific reference guidance for product design.
During the process of writing the team logo, Lawyer Liu focused on the application scenarios of intelligent car cockpit products, combined with relevant laws and regulations, national standards, and industry standards in the field of data, and had multiple discussions with professionals and team members in the automotive industry to write data compliance related content.
Lawyer Liu Yufang and team members continue to pay attention to and research the development trends in the field of artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on the innovative applications and potential risks of artificial intelligence technology in legal practice. The key areas covered include intellectual property and technological innovation protection, data security and personal information protection, dispute resolution and liability determination, as well as cross-border RWA compliance path design.
